Coat rack
Designed by Eugenia Alberti Reggio and Rinaldo Scaioli
Eye-catching coat rack has two wood veneer doors with brass hangers hidden inside. Black metal structure consists also an umbrella stand, as well as mirror and the glass shelf above. The brass fastenings are visible as a decorative elements at the front. The furniture was created for La Permamente Mobili di Cantù in 1959.

CONDITION
Very good. Refinished with oil. Wear consistent with age and use. Brass elements are cleaned, but left a bit of patina. New plywood is added at the back side of the mirror. If desired, a special restoration requests can be done by our artisans.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
If cleaning is necessary use a soft damp cloth or a clean chamois leather well wrung out. Never add detergents as they can damage the oil surface.
Brass mounts and hangers should not be polished with metal cleaners which can harm the wood around them. Light burnishing while dusting should be enough to keep them bright. Although it is normal that the brass elements will get more patina. If desire, we can recomend the special brass cleaner.
